Associate Account Executive Commercial Insurance
Harrison Gray Search is recruiting on behalf of an elite client seeking an Associate Account Executive to join their team in Westport, CT. This role supports Account Executives in managing client accounts, ensuring retention, marketing new and renewal business, and maintaining strong carrier and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties:
- Assist with marketing, applications, renewals, and policy changes.
- Review quotes, identify risks, and recommend coverage solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Support producers, account teams, and clients with technical and administrative needs.
- Track renewals, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely processing.
- Manage quotes, binders, proposals, invoicing, and billing issues.
- Prepare policy summaries, supplemental applications, and market presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
- Attend client and prospect meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- College degree with 2 years of experience OR 5 years of insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- Expertise in EPIC, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
