Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for surety clients, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted liaison with brokers.
- Respond promptly to client and surety company inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Prepare, analyze, and manage exposures, deficiencies, and related documentation.
- Oversee account receivables, renewals, expirations, invoicing, and bond issuance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and internal teams via written and verbal channels.
- Process various documents, including bonds, policies, endorsements, and invoices.
- Support general office functions as needed, including answering incoming calls.
