Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with financial advisors to enhance efficiency and productivity by managing essential service and support functions.
- Prepare advisors for client and prospect meetings by organizing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Provide a high-touch client experience by coordinating and setting up on-site meetings with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and administrative requests, responding with urgency and precision.
- Maintain proactive communication with advisors to stay aligned with business priorities and client needs.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their trusted professionals, demonstrating responsiveness and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including administrative staff, associates, and management, to achieve business goals and execute projects effectively.
- Assist with office event planning, including attending strategy discussions, managing outreach efforts, and handling logistics.
- Manage office operations, including supply orders and facilities coordination.
- Perform general administrative functions such as correspondence, phone coverage, database management, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
- Support team initiatives through data entry, tracking, and coordination.

Qualifications:
