- 5-10 years of Workers’ Compensation underwriting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- P&C license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Industry designations (AFIS, CPCU, AU) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in underwriting tools, rating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
