A leading multifamily real estate investment firm in DC that specializes in the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily properties is looking to hire a Senior Construction Manager to oversee the GCs and architects on multifamily renovation and CapEx projects. You will also be involved with the acquisition phase to guide property investment decisions by providing critical construction cost and scheduling advice.

Compensation: $140k-$160k base salary, 20%-30% annual bonus, self investment opportunities in acquisitions, 100% healthcare coverage & more
