Duties:
- Hire, supervise, and manage the performance of housekeeping team members and ensure that all team members follow established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies
- Coordinates with contractors and venders making sure insurance and licenses are current Conducts regular inspections of all Life Safety Systems including fire extinguishers, sprinkler and alarm systems
- Maintains inventory control for all general supplies, parts and equipment
- Manage the department within budgetary guidelines tracking inventory usage and ordering supplies when necessary
- Understands and implements the role of the department's safety and disaster plan
Qualifications:
- 2-year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance/plant related position Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations

Pay: From $58,656.00 per year
