Harry Pepper is seeking a Administrative Assistant for our location in Martin County, Florida.

- Duties:
- Process invoices
- Code invoices
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Track delivery tickets
- Prepare time sheets for weekly payroll
- Submit all time to payroll department
- Enter daily reports
- General office duties; including filing, answering phones
- Clerical duties for the QC department
- Various duties as requested by management
- Minimum of three (3) years AP experience, a plus
- Cost coding experience, to include job costing
- Strong computer skills required
- Knowledge of accounts payable
- Prior construction office experience a plus
