As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our coffee shop maintains its reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to promote a cohesive team environment.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgeting to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service areas.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create seasonal menus that highlight specialty coffee offerings.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their experience within the shop.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

• Strong background in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred.
• Experience in food production and preparation techniques is essential.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes within the food industry is a plus.
• Previous bartending experience is beneficial for creating specialty beverages.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Salary : $19 - $20
