- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining an appealing store environment.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer interactions professionally.
- Basic understanding of outdoor power equipment preferred but not required.
