We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Small Engine Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of small engines and related equipment. Duties
- Diagnose and repair small engines, including lawn mowers, generators, and other outdoor power equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on various types of small engine machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall shop efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in small engine repair or related fields (e.g., zero turn mowers, riding lawn mowers, etc.).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and parts breakdowns.
- Previous experience working in a dealership or repair shop environment is preferred.
- A valid driver's license may be required for test driving equipment or transporting items as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 52 per week
