Harsha Behavioral Center is a freestanding 81-bed acute care inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Terre Haute, Indiana servicing children, adolescents, adults, & geriatrics.

Responsibilities
- Conduct marketing research to determine market requirements for existing and future projects.
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results
- Spend time learning the business so you can better answer all questions
- Analyze the changing trends and be flexible with knowing and changing your target market
- 85-90% of this job is on the road, door-to-door type marketing. Company vehicle provided
- Assist the marketing department in coordinating all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Assist in-house with employee engagement activities and materials.
- Assist and/or coordinate community engagement activities such as but limited to committee meetings/boards and social events.
- Prepare reports due to be turned in at the first of every month.
- Make presentations (virtual/in-person) as needed.
- Manage the productivity of your marketing plans and projects.
- Keep a detailed log of business name, contact name, and type of visit.
Qualifications
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, decision-making, judgment, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining market strategies.
- Have 3 years marketing and sales experience
