Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies for department growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with other departments, vendors, and contractors to streamline project execution.
- Manage budgets, costs, and inventory for electrical projects and department resources.
- Handle customer inquiries, project estimates, and contract negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, technology, and best practices.
- Address and resolve any technical, personnel, or operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician (as required by state law).
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and NEC codes.
- Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and budgets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with job estimating, contract negotiations, and customer relations.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
