Activities Event Tech Summer 2025

Overall Responsibilities of the Activities Event Tech:

• Ensure individuals participating in recreation activities have an enjoyable experience.
• Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
• Works well with other team members.
• Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Typical duties that may be assigned to an Activities Event Tech include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain recreational equipment.
• Ensure the safety of all participants.
• Communicate effectively with Members.
• Provide optimal level of services to all Members and guests.
• Assist Activities Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor with daily operations to set up, deliver, and clean-up/tear-down Activities Events.
• Assist with operating Resort specific software and equipment.
• Assist in developing and executing schedule of activities.
• Assist in coordinating and setting up equipment for Activities Department events.
• Assist in coordinating the transportation for related Activities Department events.
• Assist in gathering documents for related Activities Department events.
