Overall Responsibilities of the Activities Event Tech:
- Ensure individuals participating in recreation activities have an enjoyable experience.
- Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
- Works well with other team members.
- Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Typical duties that may be assigned to an Activities Event Tech include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain recreational equipment.
- Ensure the safety of all participants.
- Communicate effectively with Members.
- Provide optimal level of services to all Members and guests.
- Assist Activities Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor with daily operations to set up, deliver, and clean-up/tear-down Activities Events.
- Assist with operating Resort specific software and equipment.
- Assist in developing and executing schedule of activities.
- Assist in coordinating and setting up equipment for Activities Department events.
- Assist in coordinating the transportation for related Activities Department events.
- Assist in gathering documents for related Activities Department events.
