Overall Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Assist the Sales Staff with daily, weekly, and monthly functions.
- Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
- Able to project a professional manner at all times and is able to stay calm in difficult situations.
- Assist members with storage contracts and pin number assignments.
- Assist with information table at events.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Sales Administrative Assistant will:
- Set up member profiles in software.
- Complete member contracts.
- Follow up to ensure all information is gathered for membership.
- Set up sales previews and schedule tour times.
- Audit files for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist members with updates to their profile.
- Present a positive attitude on the phone and in person.
- Develop a complete understanding of membership types, their benefits, and obligations.
- Assist the Sales Team in the preparation of reports for meetings and follow-up with the posting of appropriate information from meetings.

Minimum of 18 years of age. Excellent computer skills; proficient in excel and word. Operate office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and calculator. Ability to lift 15 pounds. Attention to detail required. Working conditions include office setting. Work is sedentary in nature but may require walking and standing 20 percent of the time. Motivated self-starter. Hold a valid state driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Due to the nature of the Hospitality Industry, weekend work may occur.
