Laborers /Concrete Workers URGENTLY Needed Tyler / Kilgore Area

Job Overview:
We are seeking SKILLED WITH EXPERIENCE CONCRETE personnel to join our team, will also be doing other labor work as well. As an employee, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction and general labor. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing a HUGE PLUS
- Ability to work in varying Climates Outside (heat, wet, ect...) MANDITORY
- Perform various tasks for construction projects
- Operate equipment as needed or requested
- Assist with and be able to accomplish various tasks as asked and required from team leads with little supervision
- Assist with frame carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Perform commercial driving duties as required for transporting materials and equipment as needed
- Support carpenters with various tasks such as framing walls, installing doors, and building structures

- Able to work on Saturdays as needed

Skills:
- Experience in concrete forming and pouring preferred
- Familiarity with concrete finishing and other construction equipment preferred
- Strong skills in learning the fast-paced specific business (concrete, drainage repair, erosion control, read blueprints, retaining walls, and other duties in the construction business, carpentry, ect...)
- Valid driver's license for any commercial driving duties preferred
- Ability to perform concrete finish skills a PLUS
- General carpentry skills for assisting with various construction projects
- Knowledge of roof installation and repair techniques

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladder & work independently with little assistance

- Must have knowledge of hand tools, such as shovel, hammer, ect...

Be prepared if hired to do actual work, not afraid of water... (not on your cell phone and ect…) Need mature, responsible focused minded people who are not afraid to work hard and willing to follow directions, think for yourself, be dedicated to show up for work every day your scheduled (mostly Mon-Fri, maybe an occasional Sat), NO outside DRAMA, must be able to pass a background check (having a criminal history does not disqualify, depending on what it is and how recent)

Must be thick skinned as this is a very demanding position and fast paced as we have a lot of projects and daily work for the productive, results oriented person.

We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and skills and pay raises are based on how much of an asset you are to the business and must be proven with team leads, owner, and coworkers (no set time limits for raises, can be as soon as 2 weeks but can be longer as needed).

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
