We have a full-time opening for an Office Assistant. The dynamic, professional communicator we select will handle incoming calls, help existing commercial and residential customers to resolve issues and provide service quotes for new customers. Requirements include computer proficiency and the ability to handle a heavy volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner. Position entails answering phone calls, customer requests, customer concerns, billing questions, entering daily work orders, data entry and accounts receivable. Position will be 8 hours a day Monday-Friday & an occasional Saturday.
Requirements:
Proficiency with MS Office applications - including Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills
Multi-line phone skills
Ability to work on a variety of tasks in a diverse and active environment
Strong work ethic
