Position Overview
Hartford Athletic is seeking a dedicated Academy Marketing Coordinator Intern who will work directly with our Youth Academy staff, and Marketing Department to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and support various youth development initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in sports marketing while working in a professional soccer environment.

- Create and manage social media content for Hartford Athletic Youth Academy
- Assist in developing marketing materials for academy events and programs
- Document academy training sessions, matches, and special events
- Learn professional sports marketing strategies and best practices
- Gain experience with digital content creation and management
- Support game-day operations and academy events
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of soccer and youth sports
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for practices, matches and events
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Photography/videography experience preferred
- Access to high-resolution camera
- Spanish language skills a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Work in various weather conditions
