What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Partnerships Gameday Intern position at Hartford Athletic?

Overview: Hartford Athletic is seeking motivated Corporate Partnerships Gameday Interns looking to learn and grow within the sports and entertainment industry. Corporate Partnerships Gameday Interns will report to the Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships Activations and are responsible for assisting the Partnerships team on supporting gameday and community activations onsite. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of soccer or sports and a desire to communicate and assist with partners. Please note that this is an unpaid internship, which requires working gamedays on weekends at Trinity Health Stadium.
Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the Corporate Partnerships team
- Support Corporate Partnerships staff during home matches and assist with community engagement events
- Assist with gameday setup and takedown of activation elements
- Assist with ticket scanning at gates
- Be an ambassador of the Club within the corporate community
- Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Club

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability work in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to listen, learn, and grow
- Working knowledge of soccer
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit, otherwise must be a volunteer
- Available to work nights, weekends, and gamedays
- Conversational Spanish language proficiency preferred
