The Hartford School District (SD 54) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Coordinator to lead the Regional Resource Center (RRC), serving students in grades 9 through age 21 with developmental delays and multiple disabilities. The RRC focuses on academics, social skills, personal care, vocational readiness, and community integration to help students develop independence. The Program Coordinator will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to ensure students receive high-quality, individualized support. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to foster a student-centered learning environment.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed special educator or hold a related credential in the state of Vermont, with experience working with students with developmental disabilities.
