Assumes responsibility for actively supporting the development, design and implementation of women’s education and leadership programs which promote, positively position and facilitate the advancement of program goals, reputation, vision and mission of The Women’s Advancement Initiative (WAI), a legacy of the Hartford College for Women. Performs all duties in full support of the University’s mission, understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the University’s students.
