What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director of Annual Giving position at hartford?
Assumes responsibility for annual giving retention and acquisition programs at the University of Hartford in an effort to increase the annual giving program in terms of total dollars, percentage participation, and consistency of giving and average gift size for the University as a whole and for each of the seven schools and colleges utilizing advanced segmentation, volunteer engagement and data analytics techniques. This position will oversee our peer-to-peer fundraising program including but not limited to developing onboarding and training volunteers, stewarding volunteers and managing the volunteer fundraising platform. The Associate Director will also assist the Senior Director of Annual Giving in executing and planning our annual giving program. Performs all duties in full support of the University’s mission, understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the University’s students.
