Provides comprehensive leadership in order to shape a vibrant and inclusive on-campus living environment that enhances student engagement and success. Manages Residential Life staff development, customer service initiatives, and community programming while maintaining strong partnerships across campus. Performs all duties in full support of the University's mission, understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the University 's students.This is a 12-month, live-in staff position (on-campus residence must be primary residence), responsible for responding to emergency situations at all hours, including evenings and weekends.
