Job Overview:

The Key Account Sales Lead is responsible for leading the sales efforts of key accounts and ensuring the timely and effective penetration of designated National and Key Accounts. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs, a proven ability to build and maintain relationships, and a strategic approach to developing and executing account plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate account activity to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
