Job Description:
The Sales Executive Director is responsible for leading the sales efforts of assigned markets and ensuring the timely and effective penetration of designated National and Key Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and strategically planning market strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market strategy plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Manage and develop Key Account Managers (KAM), Associate Key Account Managers (AKAM), and Field Sales Engineers (FSE) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their roles.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to direct reports to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of all account activity in CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Five or more years of experience in technical solutions selling.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs and excellent computer skills.
- Prior knowledge and use of CRM, SAP preferred.
