Grapevine is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and energetic self-starter to join the team as an Account Coordinator. The position’s primary responsibilities are to assist with client on-boarding and management. You will provide consultation and training to clients to strengthen their knowledge of our platform, adoption and show them how to maximize their return on investment. This will be achieved by driving ongoing usage of the platform, educating best practices and providing periodic business reviews to ensure optimal client results. Above all else, the Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining working relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities :
- Managing the account relationship, providing regular account updates and gaining a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Ensure all brand documentation is complete and accurately put into the platform.
- Managing new client opportunity workflow.
- Meets weekly and provides communication and feedback with network management team and supervisors across the business to define metrics and determine impact on business results.
- Acting as a communication liaison between the client and Grapevine Operations team.
