Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our team as a Business Process & Project Implementation Analyst. In this role, you will evaluate the organizational structures, systems, and processes of Hartree-owned assets to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
You will be responsible for analyzing current business operations, designing and recommending process enhancements, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role also involves leading, planning, and overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, working closely with your manager and cross-functional teams to drive results.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business process management, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience collaborating across departments to implement impactful solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organizational Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of asset organizational structures, workflows, and systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement & Management: Develop, track and implement integration strategy of Hartree-Owned assets to acheive a common process and control structure through the enterprise, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and process changes. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve business processes and project outcomes.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are clearly defined and executed effectively. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project progress, risks, and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the impact of implemented changes on business operations and adjust as needed. Stay updated with the latest trends in business process management and project management methodologies. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for further improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving organizational performance and driving business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather insights, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in business process development/management and project management, project implementation
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant industry best practices and emerging trends in project development and change management
**The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, work location, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
