Our interdisciplinary team of technical experts enables customized technical solutions and accelerates delivery value through new business platforms, application consolidations, and major system implementations.
The role of the Business Process Integration Specialist is focused on mapping and realignment of business goals into a unified digital strategy with senior-level stakeholder engagement. This role is responsible for management and execution of projects across Marubeni group companies in the Americas.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strategic projects important to Marubeni subsidiary companies and Marubeni as a whole. This role involves core consulting skills such as understanding the current business and future goals, developing a strategic roadmap for IT and data that will facilitate future business objectives, and developing oral and written visuals to communicate the implementation approach.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Business Process Integration Specialist is to engage business stakeholders to optimize and align their processes with available technologies
Capture and understand business models and objectives of Marubeni group companies
Assess the maturity of the business-IT alignment
Perform Business Process Mapping to understand tech utilization
Working from the current and future business objectives, define a transformation strategy and roadmap to drive lasting, sustainable business value
Define and communicate compelling business cases for the proposed transformation
Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Extensive expertise in connecting business and technical stakeholders to drive novel solutions to achieve business objectives.
Experience with ERP transformations, RPA implementation, and industry research analysis
Thorough consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clients
Proven experience in a range of business and technology roles, including business strategy development, enterprise and solution architecture, digital transformation and technology business case development
Highly motivated and a self-driven problem solver with structured thinking capabilities
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process management, with a focus on process automation and integration.
Excellent written, verbal, analytics, and presentation skills
Working proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese language a plus.
<10% travel required, but opportunity to travel available.
Salary : $120,000 - $175,000
