Human Resources Manager/Generalist – CVI - Rehabilitation Center at Hartsfield Village (Powers Health)
We are looking for an innovative, creative and organized Human Resources Manager/Generalist experienced in Healthcare Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will take us to the next level in staffing to support our incredible census growth!
WHAT WE NEED
This is your chance to shine as a recruiter while fulfilling the daily functions of the Human Resources Office at the Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care building! Seeking candidates familiar with all Human Resources Generalist functions and with working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Looking for a hands on self-starter with strong organizational skills. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and applicant tracking systems. High volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding new hires. Additional responsibilities include employee relations, personnel recordkeeping, data management and safety, assisting with FMLA and Worker’s Compensation, as well as new hire orientation.
This position is a pivotal in handing recruitment and retention, compliance, and liability reduction. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff, providing policy guidance and an open door for employee relations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of three years' recruitment experience, preferably in a Healthcare setting
- Three years’ experience working in a Human Resources Generalist role, preferably in Healthcare or a long-term care facility
- Experience in managing workplace interactions, conflicts and investigations. Preferably, three years’ experience with Employee Relations
- Familiar with FMLA and Workers Compensation procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites – Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge and prior use of Applicant Tracking Database Software
