Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor and improve workflow processes to maximize efficiency and improve accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts and audits.
- Work with purchasing and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels.
- Supervise and develop a team of warehouse associates, shipping personnel, and supervisors.
- Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or eCommerce fulfillment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking, and logistics software.
- Experience with order fulfillment, shipping processes, and inventory control.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
