The Warehouse Manager at HFC Fulfillment Center is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient order picking, packing, and shipping
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts and audits
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and develop a team of warehouse associates, shipping personnel, and supervisors
- Technology & Process Improvement: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and optimize fulfillment operations
