In this role, you will produce printer-ready mechanicals, e-commerce graphics, and product mockups. Integral to this role is experience in Production Design and 3D rendering, along with skill and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.This position is located at our Secaucus, NJ office, and has the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.Your Responsibilities ...Create layouts, package designs and illustrations to meet required specificationsCreate designs that visually communicate desired product packaging messagesConsult regularly with packaging engineering and marketing on product developmentCreate PDFs for print and reviewCreate prototype packaging & product mockups as sales toolsApply approved design concepts to various product formats (cartons, labels, blister cards, etc.), in a cohesive mannerParticipate in collaborative revision and approval process until final design is approvedPrepare and prep approved artwork to vendor specificationsEnsure brand standards across color, font, production quality, etc.Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulationCatalog and reference art for future projectsFollow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time and within budgetTroubleshoot problems as they ariseRequirementsYou'll Need ...Education : Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fieldExperience : Minimum of 5 years' Production Design experienceTechnical Proficiency : Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for Mac (Illustrator and Photoshop) and experience with 3D renderingKnowledge : In-depth working knowledge of After Effects and video creation a plusIf this sounds like a good match and you want to learn more about this exciting role, get in touch with us today!Hartz is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
