The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to management, supporting the organization's goals by delivering HR solutions and initiatives that drive business success. This role works closely with leadership and employees to enhance engagement, talent development, and compliance while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business goals and challenges.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Serve as a key advisor for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Partner with managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies for recruitment, retention, and professional growth.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Drive succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Conduct investigations into employee issues and recommend resolutions.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster strong employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including status changes, transfers, and terminations.
- Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with OSHA, FAA, and Risk Management regulations.
- Assist with handling onsite employee injuries and coordinating safety measures.
- Support the recruiting team by refining job descriptions, compensation ranges, and pre-employment screenings as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- 10 years direct HR experience, including 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Background in manufacturing, aerospace, or aviation industries preferred.
- Proven experience working with benefits, payroll, and HR administration, with a clear understanding of their impact on overall HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Hands-on experience working with UKG; strong excel skills.
- Strong work ethic and accountability, with the influence to build relationships and drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
