What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian/Housekeeper position at Harvard Integrations LP?
Description:
Performs all cleaning on campus including but not limited to:
- Clean and sanitize office breakrooms (tables, counters, sinks, appliances, etc.)
- Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchens (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.)
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces in shared areas (door handles, tables, etc.)
- Empty trash and recycling bins in offices, restrooms, and break areas
- Dust, Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean interior glass and windows
- Track cleaning supply inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Follow all facility safety procedures and report any issues promptly
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior janitorial, housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (especially in office or industrial environments)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean space
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking throughout the day
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
