Under the general direction of the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Coordinator handles full cycle payroll administration. Responsibilities include monitoring all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s payroll processing objectives.

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Coordinator handles full cycle payroll administration. Responsibilities include monitoring all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s payroll processing objectives.
- Compile and input payroll data 1000-1500 employees
- Collect timesheets ensuring they are completed accurately
- Manage ePay/BlueForce timekeeping
- Contact Supervisors regarding missed timecards
- Distributing payroll checks (organizing mailing, federal express, etc.)
- Maintain and organize confidential payroll files
- Answer payroll inquiries and resolve all discrepancies as they arise
- Minimum of (2) years’ experience in Payroll Department
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Must be extremely detail orientated and have excellent mathematical abilities
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment with a concentrated proficiency in MS Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
