- Ability to handle a high volume of complex tasks and projects within deadlines is essential.
- Ability to respond with flexibility to shifting priorities; must work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Additional Qualifications and Skills:
- Business training beyond high school or college background preferred

Essential Responsibilities
- Primary contact and support of AGE Orthodontics Program and the Program Director.
- Plans and organizes biannual faculty meetings.
- Helps to maintain Program Director's calendar and appointments as well as the graduate orthodontic residents' lecture and clinical schedules.
- Serve as the primary contact for the graduate orthodontic residents during their enrollment and training cycles and helps organize the document submission for the essential timelines.
- Serves as liaison to external clinical sites and organizes off-site schedules for resident rotations at Children's Hospital, Mass General Hospital, and Harvard Dental Center in Cambridge.
- Administrative support such as managing faculty and fellow schedules, room, and parking requests, tracking expenditures, and paying invoices.
- Planning and coordinating of special events for AGE Orthodontics, including, but not limited to, admissions, graduation, and alums affairs.
- Assist Program Director in keeping organized, accurate, and detailed program records in support of CODA Review Surveys.
- The incumbent will assist in organizing of the Continuing Education Course in Orthodontics for the orthodontic division.
- Works with the clinic director and staff (dental assistant and technician) to help organize the day-to-day operations and clinical schedules.
- Contributes to a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Working Conditions:
The primary work location for this position is Boston, MA and some in-person on-campus work will be required. Any remote work must be performed in a state in which Harvard is registered to do business. In order to be on Harvard payroll, you must reside in one of the following states - CA (exempt employees only), CT, GA, IL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, RI, VT, VA, WA.
