Description

The Contract Coordinator will be supporting our New Business Development team by managing the flow of contracts and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, highly organized, process-driven and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.

We do require that this role is based in Rogers, AR. If you are applying but do not currently reside in Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group.

Responsibilities

Review, track, and manage contract lifecycles from initiation to execution.

Ensure all contracts are accurately recorded and filed in the appropriate systems.

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract approvals and signatures.

Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.

Assist in drafting, revising, and formatting contract documents as needed.

Maintain up-to-date records of contract terms, amendments, and key dates.

Collaborate with legal, sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth contract workflows.

Support process improvements to enhance contract efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

2-4 years of contract management experience.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
