While there are no camping fees, we encourage members to support their “Hosts” by patronizing the local businesses. In 2023, Harvest Hosts launched two additional products that improve the lives of RVers while on the road : CampersCard and CampScanner. CampersCard is a campground discount and perks membership program that helps RVers save money on nights they spend at campgrounds. And our latest product, CampScanner, allows you to scan our database of campsites to get notified when a reservation opens at an impossible-to-book campground. The Position :   We’re looking for an energetic and digitally savvy professional to join our Host Success team, supporting our Boondockers Welcome network and helping to bring on additional Hosts that want to open up their private property to fellow travelers. This position will work on onboarding new Hosts and supporting our existing network of ~3,700 Hosts, ensuring that they are set up properly on our website, updating information as needed, and handling questions that may arise as Members visit their locations. The position will also work proactively to strengthen the Host network utilizing predetermined data points and goals for improvement. This role should strive to ensure that every Host thrives within the program from the first day. We are looking for an individual with professional customer experience, a helpful and outgoing personality, someone who is familiar with technology and thrives in a highly productive environment.  Job Responsibilities Include : Help with Host onboarding and education Updating CRM and other systems as Hosts are onboarded and updated Generating and responding to potential and current Hosts in a timely manner Performing administrative functions related to the Host network Helping Hosts and Members with our online Request-A-Stay system Identifying system issues or abnormalities and bringing them to a managers attention Familiarizing yourself with RV types, lingo, and all things related to RVing Coordinating with other departments such as Marketing and Member Success Calling Hosts as needed for retention, network check-ins, and proactive initiatives Working both independently and with a team to achieve various goals Additional special projects, as assigned Skills, Experience and Qualifications : Customer service experience required - preferably remote-based  Critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity  Excellent written and verbal skills Technical website and mobile app navigation experience Experience using Hubspot and / or Asana is a plus Professional phone presence and demeanor  Overall positive attitude and sense of humor Compensation : Pay range is $18-$20 per hour.
