Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health codes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
