Driver/Bellman

Harvest Inn is seeking a part-time Bellperson/Courtesy Car Driver to join our team at the Harvest Inn (www.harvestinn.com). Must be over 25 years old.

As a Bellperson/Courtesy Car Driver, you will be the face of the Front Drive and the welcoming body our guests love to see. You will have the opportunity to directly influence our guest's stay by engaging with our guests while assisting them with their needs. The Bellperson/Courtesy Car Driver at the Harvest Inn has the unique role of being the “go-to” person for our guests. Some of your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Delivering hotel amenities & packages to guest rooms upon arrival

Welcoming guests in a hospitable manner, assisting with check-in process, and retrieving/delivering luggage to guest rooms

Assisting guests with room and property familiarization upon arrival

Providing assistance with lighting fires in guest wood & gas burning fireplaces

Replenishing guest amenities throughout public spaces & storage areas

Stocking firewood in storage areas & delivering to guests as needed

Conducting property walks to retrieve trash, dishes, and keeping walkways clear of debris

Safely driving guests to/from the property within a 3 mile radius

Must have a valid driver's license without any violations. Previous experience as a valet or working with cars is a plus.

PAY SCALE

The pay scale for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus tips. This is the wage rate for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.
