Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Orange, CA. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, administering payroll taxes, handling garnishments, and managing payroll services. Day-to-day tasks will include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and answering employee queries related to payroll. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.
Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Garnishments
- Familiarity with Payroll Services and related software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
