RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and important projects, ensuring that the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Serve as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Hold other executives and staff accountable for their tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and high standards are maintained.
- Monitor and assess progress on key projects, reporting back to the CEO on projected versus actual outcomes.
- Review and evaluate weekly department reports, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring that tasks are aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Anticipate and proactively address challenges, managing tight deadlines and resolving issues with poise.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, agendas, and logistics to ensure smooth operations across all teams.
- Safeguard sensitive information, managing it with discretion and trustworthiness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity, supporting senior executives and managing teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold others accountable and ensure that key tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Proficient in time management, with an ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, project management software, and calendar management tools.
- Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or travel when necessary (overtime compensation is included).
