We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our new business team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

About Our Clients

Our clients are 50- to 60-year-old family stewards who live in the communities we serve. They are looking for a trusted financial advisor to completely outsource this part of their life.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Onboarding New Clients
    • Opening New Accounts for Existing Clients
    • Processing Transfers

    Performance Expectations

    • Open 10 accounts per week
      • Process 90% of tickets without a NIGO (Not in Good Order)
        • Initiate 90% of all tickets assigned within 24 hours

This means as a member of our team, you will have a leader who gives clear directions, provides necessary tools, acts with the greater good in mind, delegates appropriately, takes time to understand your role, makes expectations clear, communicates well, has effective meetings, meets one-on-one weekly or more if needed, rewards and recognizes performance.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Client Services Administrator in the financial services industry
    • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance procedures, and best practices
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with portfolio management systems is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with Redtail, Schwab/TD Ameritrade platforms, Docupace, DocuSign, HubSpot, Zoom, Account opening and service on the RIA/Advisory, commission-based and insurance platforms, Ameritas, iRebal, trading, and EOS

    Required Documents

    • Financial industry experience required
    • Ability to pass a background check
