As a Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Our clients are 50- to 60-year-old family stewards who live in the communities we serve. They are looking for a trusted financial advisor to completely outsource this part of their life.

- Open 10 accounts per week
- Process 90% of tickets without a NIGO (Not in Good Order)
- Initiate 90% of all tickets assigned within 24 hours
- Proven experience as a Client Services Administrator in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance procedures, and best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with portfolio management systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Redtail, Schwab/TD Ameritrade platforms, Docupace, DocuSign, HubSpot, Zoom, Account opening and service on the RIA/Advisory, commission-based and insurance platforms, Ameritas, iRebal, trading, and EOS
