Job Summary:
Support high-throughput Seed Quality Testing in a leading agricultural company's Row Crop Production Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seed dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding, and reagent preparation.
- Operate lab equipment to generate accurate data.
- Assist with raw material receipt, inspection, and supply management.
- Follow established guidelines for lab tasks.
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance of lab equipment.
Skills Required:
- Lift 40-50 lbs and stand for 4-6 hours.
- Perform repetitive tasks with hands, wrists, and arms.
- Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environments preferred.
- Familiarity with lab safety protocols and procedures.
Education:
- Minimum associate degree in a scientific field.
Shift Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
