What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Shipper (Warehouse) position at Harvesters?

The Warehouse Utility Shipper will lead the loading of outbound delivery trucks and support the Warehouse Team Lead in all aspects of the cooler to ensure that high-quality perishable products are distributed on time for Harvesters distribution programs.
Primary responsibilities :
- Review daily schedules to ensure that all scheduled delivery orders for that day are ready for shipment and delivery.
- Operate and maintain forklifts and all other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist other warehouse functions when demand requires additional staff to support the workload. This would include stocking, fulfillment, distribution and cooler / freezer.
- Keep appropriate records and reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and complies with OSHA, Harvesters safety and sanitation policies.

2. Preferred Experience : 2-3 years, certified forklift operator, digital literacy, volunteer work.
