Applicant Duties:
- Assist in tracking and billing of all monthly facility activities
- Work ticket/billing reconciliation
- Assist in reporting monthly facility revenue
- Assist in various tracking and document control
- Administrative assistant duties
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills - must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes
- 1 to 3 years of billing experience (preferred)
