Position: Business Operations Specialist
Location: New York NY 10019 (3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months contract
Pay Rate: $50 - $54/hour
Job Description:
Role:
Join the Business Operations team within the Client Wallet in the United States
Work closely with Wallet marketing team to execute on CRM marketing operations to support broader Wallet marketing strategy and activities
Support all required internal processes as it relates to the team’s back-end finance, legal, and marketing operations
Support any ad-hoc needs for cross-functional Wallet projects
Collaborate with key internal teams across Client including Procurement and Finance
Collaborate with Client Wallet’s Product and Business Development teams to track business needs and ensure operational efficiency
Responsible for daily activities such as expense, contract, and invoice processing
Qualifications:
BA/BS required;
4+ years of experience in business operations, business support
Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required
Must be task driven and have the ability to manage to key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and PPT
Korean language proficiency a plus however, not required.
