Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Events and Experiences Coordinator for a Large Entertainment & Tech company based out of South San Francisco.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $30 / hr to $33 / hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

Job Title : Events and Experiences Coordinator

Location : Onsite at 1275 Market, SF

Duration : 6 Months Contract

Events : Provide guidance and assist with 1275 events produced by every business and community organization within the company.

Key Skills :

Support the planning and execution of high-impact customer experiences and corporate events. As the Events & Experiences Coordinator on the 1275 Experiential Marketing team, you will work with passionate experts and contribute to the creation of unforgettable experiences.

Work towards employee and customer events, customer and partner Executive Briefing Experiences, and the premiere movie going experience. You will specifically take the lead coordinating events for high-profile external partners and customers and internal employees. You will provide support for Customer and Executive Briefing Experiences at our Customer Experience Center as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with planning and logistics for company's 1275 Customer Briefing Experiences, including coordination of demonstrations, meetings, and other logistics.
  • Coordinate 1275 internal and customer / partner events, including 1st floor atrium receptions and Cinema screenings for various Studio and film festival partners and internal employee teams.
  • Help with planning and coordination of off-site event activations, including executive awards event weekends and tradeshows.
  • Assist with basic living room and mobile demo technology operations.
  • Assist with event and activities metrics and reporting.

Experience :

  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or events.
  • Experience in events, customer service, communications, marketing or media.
  • Interest in consumer technology and the entertainment industry including films and / or music a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Aptitude to learn tools and platforms such as, but not limited to, Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools.
  • Travel Requirements :

  • Candidate must also be available to occasionally work evenings and weekends.
  • Salary : $30 - $33
