This role will be based in South San Francisco, CA and will report to the Experiential Events Lead AV Tech Manager.
Key Skills :
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Events Tech Coordinator to join our client's Experiential Marketing Technical team. Primary responsibilities will include support for company's Experiential activations, Tradeshows, and Virtual Events.
Responsibilities :
- General support of the technical team on potential upcoming activations such as, by example : Formula One 2025, CES 2026, SXSW 2025, CinemaCon 2025.
- General organizational support of the team with systems troubleshooting, support with systems testing, inventory organization, documentation and event planning support, support with team systems innovation.
- Staffing support at events managed and produced with the aid of the technical team.
