Responsibilities

Engage in the entire service lifecycle: from design to deployment and refinement.

Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback to development teams.

Support services pre-launch with design consulting, capacity planning, and reviews.

Maintain live services by monitoring availability, latency, and system health.

Troubleshoot issues and engage in TRT calls with different teams.

Scale and evolve systems through automation for improved reliability and speed.

Support the CI/CD pipeline and lead in DevOps automation and best practices.

Practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.

Take a holistic approach to problem-solving during production events.

Collaborate with a global team across different geographies and time zones.

Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.

Design and enhance deployment automation using Chef.

Use Jenkins for builds and integrate with tools like Sonar, Chef, Maven, and Artifactory.

Support code deployments in multiple environments, focusing on automation.

Implement a Git-based code management strategy for parallel environment deployments, including automation for branch management and code promotions.
