Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Entry Recruiter for an enterprise financial Client.
This role requires a strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) and immigration processes to ensure compliance with federal regulations and streamline the recruitment and immigration workflow. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $25/hr to $27.95/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

Job Title: Recruiter - Entry Level
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 7 Months Contract
Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid
Essential Functions:
• Track, update, and manage all assigned PERM cases via the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters).
o Review resumes
o Screen candidates
o Coordinate interviews
o Conduct debriefs
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with immigration regulations.
• Proactively partner with Immigration, Global Mobility, and Legal to ensure the Labor Market Test is conducted in accordance with the Department of Labor and Department of Justice’s standards.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Talent Acquisition role.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience working in a face-paced environment
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines for recruitment
• Experience partnering with key stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Immigration Partners, People Business Partners, etc.)
• Experience reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with an emphasis on “Candidate Experience”
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems such as SmartRecruiters
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and requirements related to the PERM process and employment-based immigration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
